I've been trapped by skeletons once so far, I've written a script to try to avoid it (cast an AoE spell if position doesn't change in 30 seconds). Clearing the first spawn isn't all that hard, I use maybe 5 manas to clear it and it's always like 10k+ profit a round.

Yep, about 100k/hr. It gets crowded and I go down to about 75-80k/hr. Profit is so very nice.
