Holman wrote on site that the 148 ek got full knight but it really hadn't so I pm'ed and asked for money back he said no refunds, even though both of us live in sweden and have 14 days to get a refund. So I createf a dispute on paypal, but then regretted it and closed it. Later I noted my stepfather created another dispute so I closed it too.


So I tried to sell the ek and Holman made a thread lying and twisting the meaning of the conversation,this is the last time I do a deal with him, because I want to know what I buy.

When reading the pms u sent holman, at first you didn't care that the char didn't have full knight and 1 day later when your parents told you that you weren't allowed to buy an
account then you made a dispute and also you asked for more money then you paid for it lol? (meaning about the 3 months prem you bought)

he's selling characters, when buying a character you can't just get the cash back the next day and return the account. you should have talked with your parents before even thinking of buying the char.

Well, you might know this but, if you decide to transfer the paypal money to your real bank account, that does count as an income and is taxable?

As mentioned it's a hobby bussnies, there's no tax included when selling your car.

I would have done so if he asked for it, he asked me to buy it back, I said I wont since I don't do refounds. That's a waste, I need to order new keys, 5 euro + takes 7+ days to arrive from bosnia (yes they're sent from bosnia if you live in sweden).

After I said I don't do refounds, I didn't hear from him, not in any post nor any PM.
A day later or so, a dispute was opened towards me. He lost, and he made another one, but this time he made it up. Saying that he didn't buy the account etc, when he a day earlyer stated that he recived the account and wanted the money back.

Bought already an 300+ ED from holman, all went smooth + sold 200 MS, with my own stupid thing, but in the end it went smooth, atm buying 403 ek + 283 ed, need to pay 7kk more. but in my opinion holman is a great person. you just have to talk with him about it and he will solve it for sure!

Might've changed but hobbyverksamhetsskatt is another thing, not to be associated with the groundtax of personal incomes. However, this is not an economy- or à juridic lession, for the offT.

The groundstatement in Swedish trading rules is "Pacta sunt servanda" which translated means "Avtal skall hållas". Notice though that there are cases where there are different oppinions about this trade, as in this one. Who's right its up to urselves, but re-read whats in your agreement and deal after that is my advice :p

But that goes for both parts in a deal.
