I recomend you go trolls and train dist a bit before goblins

The way I usually do my levels is:

8-25: Swamp Trolls Port Hope
25-35: Peninsula -2
35-75: Mistrock
75+: Cemetery -1

For about how long does it take to get 80 in dist?

To get to 80 dist is fairly easy. My suggestion to you is that you get a mage to about level 20-25. With the mage character you'll summon a rat and hit your paladin with (this way you'll get your shielding high whilst training your distance fighting). I recon you already have a high-level character, otherwise you wouldn't be boting. So use a few k's to buy a few bp's of small stones and go afk, watch a good movie or a few seasons of a good series.

You should have 80 in distance within a week this way. (24/7 boting)
