I'd like to see where we can input the cool down amount in a box next to the spell we want to use.

When you use it now it's just like in the support menu when you cast exura at 20 mana, it'll just keep using it even if it's before the "cool down" run time.

I think it would be best if I were not "poofing" all over the place
