Using weapon without recomended Level..

I think the lower you are from the required level of the weapon, you also hit lower in the attacks.

Also i attk -30 becouse i have less 30 lvls?:P or i lose 30 attk of weapon?:D

There isnt any calculator about this, so we cant really know for sure, all we know is the hits gets lower.
Im not sure if its a basic value like if you are any level under 75 it will hit 20-30% less or if its lower hits the lower you are.

I read somewhere it was like 0,8 atk/level or something like that, I don't remember where though.
It seems kind of accurate though.

yes, it lower rate.. i was lvl 60
I used to had Heoric axe and i tried to use Stonecutter axe..
with heoric axe my hits were about 150-200 with sca 50-150
