BUG IN TARGETING

When i make 0 - 100% is working and killing ,but sometimes bot is using exori vis after kill and took skull..
So if i make 0 - 99% for last hit from wand , BOT IS NOT KILLING MOOB.

Of course it is not killing since you told the bot to attack monsters that has <99% health

What you're looking for is 2-100% and 0-1%, you had it backward ma nigguh.
