View Full Version : Tibia - Blocked credit card payment?

Hey!
I've got an account which I can't put a creditcard payment for, as it is blocked for creditcard payment. I have no idea how this happened, as I got it this way. Will I ever be able to pay with creditcard or will is stay for ever? Is there any solution for this?

Is there any risk for me, as I've bought the account? I've changed and registered it on me though, but Im scared I'll do something stupid and they'll delete the account.

Just email them and tell your account name and ask if they can unlock it.

Thanks, I've just sent an email to the Tibia support. Let's hope they can solve it.

Often when your account has been blocked from chargebacks it's permanent. but if your very lucky you might get them to unlock you :P

Well it was a mess with the account, there was another guy trying to hack it back due to some misstake, and he was the one that made it blocked. Now I have it under control and the account is registered on me, but can't use the creditcard payment. Hopefully i'll be lucky and they'll fix it, otherwise I'll have to buy premium scrolls all the time.

and i answered this (i bought the char btw)
Sorry for my english not is very good , im from Spain and
im living in Mexico currently , yeah my account is registered now correclty
in the past i had problems because a friend was paying for my premium times,
now i have a card in Mexico what i can use without problems since is issued by a mexican bank.

Recent payments have been made from Spain and not from Mexico. Are you back in Spain?

Is the "real" owner from Spain? If yes, then tell them that your friend lives in Spain.

btw if i dont answer to them , there is a risk of be banned?
