Best way to train ML?

I just want to hear some suggestions on how people like to train their ml. I don't mind using a bit of cash but I was wondering if people afk train over night, make runes, etc.

I have a lvl 155 ms with ml 69 no eq so I'm hurtin, all suggestions are considered, no post is stupid! :D

Get some friends to mana you while you spam "exiva "l" or a name that doesnt excist or offline person. Will drain your mana in seconds since there's no cooldown on it if I remember correct... They might've fixed it though never used it for last two years or something... Otherwise bake runes is always nice. Hunt while making sds or something will get your mlvl boostin'.

soft boots + always use mana (never let it max out, or use it as soon as it does :P) + GMP's (Don't manasit on a hunt waiting for regen to full, which I doubt people do nowadays) + Ring of Healing (OPTIONAL)

EDIT: rune-making is the slowest way, just profitable (not that much nowadays though since most ppl make their own or buy from magic shop)
