Check out Unetbootin (http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/).

I wouldn't recommend using a linux distro like Backtrack unless you're competent with linux.

This tool gets to crack WPA and WEP. just download Unetbootin and choose bt5, set it up and change bios.
do you know how to use it though? funny how this tool became pretty public...
