Barbarian Outfit

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows why there is a level 40 requirement on Barbarian Outfit quest, I mean you're just gonna talk to 2 NPC's nothing more, My question is... What is there that's making it a level 40 requirement? Do you need to go through a Gate with experience level of 40 requirement? Do the NPC's not talk to you unless you're level 40 or more? What is it? :D

There's no level req. It says 40 sine you need djinn to trade in warrior helmets etc, but thoose items can be bought. Due to that, you can get the outfit at lvl 8.
