The new punishment system will come out in the next patch. It's in tibia latest news (http://www.tibia.com/news/?subtopic=latestnews). Maybe FW could be removed? Mild violations with 2-7 ban days? What you think about this update? Let's discuss (:

good for people with final warning, and good for botters.

The conduct level of all players who received a permanent final warning before the patch will be set to black after the patch, no matter how long the last entry in their criminal record dates back. Nevertheless, if they do not receive new entries in their rule violation record within the next 120 days, their conduct level will also start to decrease slowly over time.
Looks like us botters with FW will be cleared prolly will take like a year or two to get back to green tho lol.. wonder what color allows you to world transfer.

Looks like CIP has finally sided with the good ole botters after all. Since we prolly to generate most of their revenue

World transfers can only be completed with a conduct level of yellow or green. Permanent final warnings will start to decay after 120 days, but slowly (no specific date given). Botters caught with the auto detection tool will still be deleted. Accounts will be locked after a rule violation, and must "acknowledge" the violation on their account page, if the rule violation results in a ban, the time will start AFTER you acknowledge it. There is no more 30 day ban, only 2 days or 7 days, but if you receive multiple rule violations at the same time, the bans will be applied consecutively (two 7 day bans will become a 14 day ban). Choosing to not acknowledge a violation because you feel it's unjustified is not the right approach, if such a scenario occurs, mail supporttibia.com. Other players can not see your conduct level. No rule changes will occur.
Sorry, felt the need to paraphrase CIP's terrible english and read through the discussion on the article. Those are the facts that I can glean from it.

Then until I look at my account page the ban will last?

I think the only one that can be blamed about botting is CipSoft. It's actually impossible to play in high levels without botting. I mean, how are you going to heal yourself, target enemies, walk, run, throw runes and spells without the help of a bot? It's pretty hard, nobody likes that, that's why we bot. Tibia for high level players it's actually impossible to manual play. After level 200 it gets boring to hunt, hunt and hunt to up level. The game itself beg you for botting. Just like using a proxy and being pacc. Anyone get me?

Hard? Since when do u play? rofl, the game is getting easier and easier each update xO
And its not hard to play as a highlevel, it is just boring to level up and time matters, that's why I'm botting and preparing characters for war! ;D

"..its just boring to level up and time matters". Agreed 100%, now that I'm 19 I cannot spend the whole afternoon playing, there is college and work to do :/. I play since 7.5, of course I stopped playing and continued more than once. What I really was trying to say is that, someone that don't bot, can't even war in the same way botters do.

since cip isnt checking people ingame anymore I dont see how afk/non afk botting is any different. If you get reported you'll get report even if you're at the computer
