Me and my friend just buy 2 characters from him... He gives info after we give money, and neither info work..

Rago55 Scammed Me For $400 USD, for two accounts that he apparently has. a level 201 ED and a level 220 something EK on two seperate accounts. He gave me wrong login and passwords, then tries to tell me that I changed everything on him. When as soon as he gave me the information, it was wrong. Has been dodging me ever since. Do not deal with Rago55, He is a scammer.
