Does offline training affect stamina reg?

Something has been bugging me, I usually play my toons to 15h~ stamina and then log out. Though, I've had the impression that you dont regenerate stamina if you use offline training? So, I haven't used the offline training much at all tbh, since i've logged out to get my stamina back.

Am I a total tool, or is this correct?

Your stamina isn't regaining slower when u are offline trying, its the same :)

Silly mans, it's the same rate, it doesn't effect stamina. :p

Haha, well I feel like a total noob now, but I guess if I never ask these silly questions I'll never learn anything either.
Good god though, I've missed quite some training.
