Where to hunt?

Where can I hunt with a 105 pally 101/80 skills manual or bot.
And a 55 MS ML 60 manual or bot.

I dont care about waste on either, just want as much exp as fast as possible!

Muggy Plains if you want to manual the pally. Would suggest cemetery-1 for bot, friend of mine did 110-150 there botting with his pally.
