There are different ways of interpreting the question at hand, but TS was obviously confused. And what he says goes. Irregardless: you have to admit... stating a date with no hesitation sort of of implies you have a clue. I'm not saying Grizzly did wrong. I'm merely pointing out the fact that TS' question was valid and indeed justified.

With the declining number of players these days, I'd say it isn't very likely that they'll make any new servers for a long time, if ever. Unless of course they decide to add new world types again.

But that's just my guess.
