Any of the Dragon Lairs/Frost Giants. You should move onto GS and mutated bats in Yalahar whenever you can though. With good eq and skills you could prolly start botting there around level 80-85.

Average is about 150-160k/h. Gonna start botting Fenrock on the ED though since Peninsula is best for mages of level 70-100.

Found 2 too often there if the respaw is good... and bots will walk over stuff they dont wait until they come... manually its easy to have 1 and 1. Well it doesnt matter, he has sds, should be more than fine :) post pics when you have a chance!
