The same ip's can be explained by using the same tunnel, proxy, VPN, etc. They can also be explained by accounts being sold or traded, as previously mentioned. I do, however, have a method to link accounts which will not be disclosed. This method has, however, determined that Arak and ethan are the same person. Everybody else is free and clear. Sorry for any confusion. Aydin is just trying to protect the community by exposing scammers - he didn't know that I could do this much easier internally. Please excuse him for not being as subtle as he should have been.
