[Update] XenoBot v2.1.1 [WinXP Fix]

This update fixes the Windows XP bug. It also stripped the installer down to bare-bones and packed it into a .msi file. As it turned out, the problem was that GetThreadId() is a function not supported by XP, and I had been using it in the scripter.

DarkstaR tibia just released a patch.
It doesn't say anything about it on tibia.com but its 9.44 now.
