What is the name of the mouse tool that shows a red dot where you click at?

If you're talking about the ones you see in Tibia videos, you'll probably be thinking of a feature of the recording software itself. I believe most cam software has this (including, to the best of my memory, EZCam).

If you're talking about windows features it's probably something in the ease of access section of your windows dialogues. Hit start > control panel, and look around ease of access.

Where can I find the Ez cam then? Tried googling and it brought up home security, trail cams for hunting and all that shit but none for tibia?

Can't remember, doesn't look like EZCam exists any more. Try hitting start > type "Problem Steps Recorder".
