[Suggestion] Create a section for graphic's

In my opinion we need this :) alot of people is playing around in photoshop (including me) and it would
be nice to have a place where all the graphic's are united.

one board for the creators to show off their work and a request board for those who want a
avatar, signature or a layout for their thread.


What do you guys think?
