FPS is "frames per second" rate, it does not reflect your latency.

in other words, there might be something wrong with your cpu/gpu.

that green/yellow/red dot, reflects your latency.

Also, iBot's HUD & Targeting chews on your CPU massively due to the insane input of keystrokes being spammed into one client.
