:( its a sad news that you were hacked
tips? if you are using firefox then use adblock and no-script, always monitor your processes on your computer so you can see something new, monitor your connections by using netstat comand in the CMD or TCPview and of course don't download any games, music, cracks etc.
Btw: Don't use combofix on your own if you don't have knowledge, it is better to make logs with OTL
Of course i am not completely sure if those tips may help you, I don't know anything how nowadays tibia keyloggers look like
Anyway, good luck in regaining what you lost!
