Haven't used Xenobot in quite a few iterations, and I'm still on W7 so I'm not the ideal candidate to offer help, but:
- Have you tried running both as admin?
- When you click on the dropdown arrow, is there a client to select?
- Do you have non-English characters in your file paths?
- Is it the newest version of both Xenobot and Tibia?
Just some food for thought.
