Looking for a US server to play

Hey, I'm looking to join a US server that isnt dominated by brs and has a guild with an english speaking base, anyone recommend a good US server that I could join a good guild in and bot without getting kicked by brs 24/7?

Got some high level chars I'm willing to transfer if there is some team, not really looking for pvp just to bot hardcore, but pvp if necessary if there is a good guild that I can play with.

that team looks like it good be quite a far bit off from being made if ever, no one has a english speaking team on a US server where I could bot some chars with some friendly US speaking guys?
