If your using two hand weapons does shielding matter?

No, it doesn't. It also doesn't increase.

if you use two handed you will use the weapons defense and your weapon skill to block.

every weapon has a attack and defense skill on 2 handed weapon's the shielding is higher then one handed weapons.
