House

Going to buy an house... It's either Market street 1 in venore, or the big ass house "Wood Avenue 11" in Edron... Can't really make up my mind about which one...

Suggestions? =)

If you're spending 1kk or more on the house for buying it from another player and you're not a target world, i suggest you not buying one at all.

I like both houses, and both have been an dream to own, now both of them are on sale... So yea...

He just doesn't think that it's worth it. I personally don't either, unless you already own a house and use it.

Whenever I would get a house, I'd pay couple KKs for it, decorate it and then never go into it again. After that, my premium would run out and I would lose it.

I'm assuming you're paying big money for both, isn't it better to just keep it and PG or sell the money for rl money?

He means that tibia is merging worlds, as it's already been announced. If your world is NOT a target world, then don't buy the house, because you're probably going to end up losing it anyways after the world merge.
But right now I don't think we know exactly which worlds are target worlds/being merged etc. So still buy it if you want. I'd get wood ave 11 prob lol

Target world means other worlds get merged into yours. So you want to be on a target world lol

It is extremely extremely unlikely that Refugia will be merged to any other world or become a target world.
However, I would refrain from spending BOATLOADS of money on houses until after information comes out.
