Loud video card

I'm using a radeon HD 6770 sapphire, yeah it sucks, yeah i need a better one, yeah i don't know shit about hardware

Well.. AMD is more loud than a Geforce/Nvidia card but paying for a Nvidia card cost more. AMD is cheap but can is louder/warmer but you get a nice graphic card for a nice price if you wanna buy a AMD Card. Or you can just go crazy and buy a 780Ti :P

I'm saving for a GTX Titan + 4k monitor (I'm a digital artist so it's good for my work). I'd suggest a Sapphire AMD R9 270X VAPOR-X 2GB GDDR5 Graphics Card, very quiet and quite cheap.
