Is it already possible to speak in specific chats?

To make scripts to spam Advertising channel, World Chat, etc, is it possible atm?

No and it's highly unlikely it will be implemented. I don't think anyone likes spam.

Well, spam was just bad word usage :), just to advertise within the delay of Trade Chat

You'll probably find that the link you're being sent about Windbot is some phishing / fake website.

Xeno wont spam, others bots will do...

I just wanted to advertise Xeno in some ots

I'm not sure this is an advertising tactic that DarkstaR would approve of. You should probably not advertise a product without permission from it's creator ;)
