Few questions from here

Hello guys! Wasn't here for such long time :P

I got few questions to you.

1. Is Xenobot still the best bot in market? Is it still as safe at it was previously?
2. How it is with banning in tibia? They still do it? xD
3. Is it worth to start again with this game ?
4. Still possible to earn cash at botting?

Arguably the best depending on what you think is important for a bot.
2. How it is with banning in tibia? They still do it? xD
They still ban people.

Depends what you think is worth it.
4. Still possible to earn cash at botting?
Yes, if you do it good you can earn money but at start it will cost you some. :p

I think they all are pretty balanced, I gathered some info down here for you to read if you're interested in my thoughts about them:

Knight:
Absolutely great for facc moneymakers or moneymakers what so ever haha, the other vocations beat them in proft at high level but knight makes the most profit in average I would say!
The "easiest" vocation to handle I would say, as there is so much scripts for knights if you compare to other vocations.

Paladin:
They are awesome to bot as they make great profit in higher levels and rarely die because of the rather high health and awesome Exura Gran San spell which has almost no cooldown.
They can be a pain to bot if you're having problems finding good scripts for them in the lower levels but once you get a bit higher they're in my opinion something special!
As they're practicly made for solo hunts they're also practicly made for botting. ;)

Mages (Sorcerers and Druids are pretty much the same when it comes to botting):
Awesome profit in higher levels but sadely often a big waste in low-mid levels unless really good lootluck.
The highest experience/h of all the vocations usually, in botting too.
They can rather easily be comboed in any level though as their rather low health, but their heals almost makes up for it!

I would say the difference between sorcerers and druids are that sorcerers are better for hunting "elemental creatures" like for example Earth Elementals and Water Elementals which are both really good places to bot at in lower levels.
