GPU: Server gpu so i assume onboard^^

What is an Intel Atom ftw xD.
I would advice you to buy a new Computer, cuz MCs are using much of CPU and your CPU is like an ancient one btw.

Then i would definetly take that intel xeon
You could lower the FPS every client uses to save on CPU resources as well. :p
