Missing subscription "Lifetime"

Hello!, I've just returned after a bit of a hiatus (almost 2 years) to the great world of tibia and with my return to tibia I figured I would return to botting, unfortunately to my surprise my "Lifetime" account seems to not be so life time at this point and I would like to fix this issue. Till then I'll have to survive with a 30 day :p. hopefully a moderator can fix this issue for me seeing how the "contact us" button seems to give me a loop around to nothing.

@DarkstaR would have to look into this.

You will need to speak with @DarkstaR. There is no trace of a lifetime subscription on your account, just a regular subscription once back in 2012. Are you sure this is the correct account?

As far as logs show, there was never a lifetime on that account. Unless you can somehow prove you had one, we can't do anything.
