How To Report Bugs

Proper bug reporting is key to effective and quick solutions, refer to this thread as a simple guide to properly report bugs.

What we're looking for as developers is good, solid information, you can do this multiple different ways:

1. Upload a screenshot to the thread dedicated to the script you're having an issue with.
   (You can use http://imgur.com/ to upload images, they'll provide you with a link to the image.)
   
   • What does the XenoBot chat channel say?
   • What's the walker currently doing?
   • Real Tibia or Open Tibia?
   • Describe the problem as good as you can.
2. Submit a tibiacast recording to the thread dedicated to the script you're having an issue with.
   
   • Copy/paste what the XenoBot chat channel says.
   • If you're stuck somewhere, let us know where about we're looking at in the recording.
   • Describe the problem as good as you can.

However, if neither of these options are to your liking, or you're unable to provide such information, simply try your best to describe the situation to us.

The better you report, the better we can solve the problem.
