Hello,
I have already paid my monthly subscription for Xenobot, and the charge appears on both my card and paypal statement, nevertheless when I open the client and input my name and password it says that my subscription isnt active.

You will need @DarkstaR or @jo3bingham for that.

You should be good to go now.
