This is a formal verification thread between @Tsuneari and @Sebazz

I'm selling an unregistered account from this thread to user Sebazz via Verified Paypal.

- The account name and password will be delivered to him before he sent the money, and he will start the account/password changing and register process ASAP.
- The money is gonna be sent once after all changes were made.
- Sebazz will post in this thread confirming he has received the info and the accounts has everything we agreed.
- After the registration passed Sebazz will post once again on this thread to confirm the trade was succeful.
