Scripts don`t "talk" to npc

I have a problem because my scripts don`t talk to NPCs not buying pots etc. How to do it? I am new with Xenobot

That's usually the problem because the settings file you loaded, did not run the the .lua script. All you have to do is go into scripter, and find the corresponding .lua file and run it. Then save the settings so that next time it does it for you.
