Xenobot trial used?

Im new one here. Was looking for bot to real Tibia for client 10. I wanted to test trial, but i got this "You've already used your trial on another XenoBot account. Please purchase the bot to continue using it!"

Is it possible to get trial reset? Not need 10 days. Need like 1, wanna just test it :)
