Class Actions Settlement Funds get set up when companies lose or settle lawsuits. The fund administrator is meant to seek out people that bought the affected products (often common things like Coppertone, Organic Milk, Sketchers Toning Shoes, Facebook, etc) and show them how they get their 192.168.100.1 192.168.1.1 share of the settlement money.
