I want to renew xenobot, but I do not have a credit card .. But I have money in paypal, would I buy it by sending payment?

I formatted my computer a few times because he was always making trouble (catching the computer).

Today I was trying to log into xenobot, could not, it was written that I had to wait 10 days to be able to play on this computer.

Some moderator to reset this?
