I do lag quite a bit so can't be too hardcore.
I'm at cyclops now and doing pretty well with 45k/h.
What should I hunt until level 100 or so?

Port Hope Hydras - ~300k exp/hr, ~30k waste/hr unless you get RH or BoH
Ancient Ruins Tomb - ~180-200k exp/hr, ~15k profit/hr
Drefia Necromancers - ~120-150k exp/hr, not sure about profit, should be around ~15k profit/hr as well
Darashia Dragon Lords with SDs - never been there but should be nice exp as well (~300-400k) and around ~40-50k waste I think
