Btw @HolmaN , the guild:

The guild was founded on Olympa on Jun 16 2012.
It is currently active, but has too few vice leaders.
It will be disbanded on Dec 11 2012 if there are still less than four vice leaders then.

Anyone wants leadership as Im retired for now?

You have offered your resignation. Nektariner has to accept the leadership. If you own or bid for a guildhall, it will be transferred to the new leader, too.
