@J.Dre , have you or anyone you known used any of the Sager brand laptops? Opinion on them?
TBH I've never heard of the brand which makes me a little hesitant.. Any info would help!
Sager, Clevo, ASUS, Aorus, etc. are all decent companies and all have decent products. Might be able to find you a decent laptop, but it depends mainly on what you plan to use it for. Give me some more information to work with, including how much you want to spend.
I was thinking about some parts and would like your feedback
Intel Core i5-4460 Haswell
AMD Radeon R9 270X
MSI H81M-P33 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
what do you think of these parts
What are you going to do with it.
Based on the prices of those items, I'm going to guess your budget: Avoid those! There are better options for similar prices. Give me more info and a budget, and I can do better. But here's what I recommend:
CPU: The 4690k is a more suitable option.
GPU: I'd recommend the GTX 960 over the R9 270x. It is about the same price and performs better.
Motherboard: As for a budget motherboard, I recommend this one here: http://www.amazon.com/MSI-Motherboar...50+motherboard
Ok J.Dre got a serious post here. Me and my buddie are going to open a cyber cafe with 50 gaming computers. We have a 50,000 budget. But that has to include our internet. Wiring. 4 flat screen tvs and xbox ones and ps4s. we want to keep each build under 800$. But need optimal performance. Needs about 500 gb of storage to hold 20 games. Or is their a mass storage that can be linked to a server?
Sounds cool. Are you and your friend still in the planning stages, expecting to open next year? Or are you planning to open this year? This is relevant to my recommendation.
Also, have you considered just starting with 25-30 computers and using the resources for the other 20~ to create a more friendly environment (e.g. good furniture, TV's, other amenities, etc.)? The environment is an important factor.
Well the idea is to make it as user friendly as possbile. Were going to open in a year hopefully. Were in the exciting planning stage. I need at least 25 computers with room for expansion. Theres only one cyber cafe on oahu and they have 50 pcs there on the opposite side of oahu. I live in hawaii btw. Theirs 1 million people and over 100 schools. The location is 10 minutes from univeristy of hawaii and KCC the 2 largest colleges in the state. I wanted to do 2 Led themes. Red team and blue team. The pcs leds will be red and blue. The lights will be red and blue and their will be led strips on the desks

I want blue and red theme
blue and red led strip on the desks. Blue and red led keyboards and gaming mouses
