I checked your history and I resent the purchase receipt for Chakoyas to you purchase mail, check if this works. However the status of payment on Nargor instance says Abandoned, so you might want to check if there was cash withdrawn from your account for this, it shouldn't since it does not say Completed on our side. I can only resend purchase receipts for completed payments. Abandoned means you initiated the payment but it did not succeed or follow through.
