Exactly what is happening? I couldn't really picture your description.. @reaper15
I just tried to download it then I hit run, it will just keep saying open and when I click open it does nothing but like restarts the download and it never opens or runs it.
There is no download, you should just open NeoMC and there will come up a black box (same as cmd) then just leave it open and open multiple tibia clients.
No black box opened up when I hit open/run on it
