No lol, they deleted around ~100 accounts with characters above 200+ levels on Irmada/Bellona/Rowana etc. It was huge mass ban this time.

Not really, as I said, they deleted more than 100 accounts with characters above 200 level on Irmada only. No idea about Rowana/Bellona, but I know there was a lot of deletions too.

For for arguments sake. let's say they deleted 250-500 legit botting accounts, and the rest are the spammer accounts. That's still only like 4.25% - 8.3% I am off by a little bit but still right in the ball park..

Seriously most of the accounts they delete for botting are the website advertise bots.
