If HBO does not run ads during the show then I think the only way it's subscriber base watching the first 3-4 episodes elsewhere would affect their revenue is if the subscription was cancelled for a month and restarted? Is that what you are proposing is going to happen? If I am not mistaken they have been re playing the season from the start up to this premier. Any GoT fan is already subscribed.
