I'm not really sure if that's how it worked, as it didn't work like that for me (as the seller), the guy payed the middleman in PayPal (Middleman fee + the cost of my account when I was selling), then I gave details of my account to the middleman and he forwarded them to the buyer, and the last day of the registration being changed, I got the money. But it was a pretty weird trade, as I was trading with someone who had some what, trust in me (the buyer), since if I had a recovery key I could have easily scammed him. But for that reason, I think the seller usually gets the information after the middleman gets the recovery key, but your way the way you described it, seemed more reasonable. But yet, I still get the money later haha, so I'm still sticking to raising the price but not too much as I think the account still will sell and I get more money.
