I have considered making a script for it, but it's not currently on my to-do list. Maybe in the future.

The Postman Quest doesnt work, character doesnt talk to NPCs and stucks at the Thais boat.

Sounds like you haven't loaded the lua file.

I do have, the LUA file is at Scripts folder. Any additional libraries needed?

No library needed for the quest scripts. It's not enough to have the lua file in scripts folder.

You need to load it, by right clicking on some gray area in the tibia client and pressing scripter. Then executing "The Postman Quest [Aristeus Scripts]".

Before doing all that you need to open the lua and edit it, so that your backpack settings are correct and that you have the required items.

There's plenty of guides on how to do all this on the website.
