You have to start the elemental sphere quest, and after you've completed a certain part of it you have access to the hunting area used in the quest.

Is chakoyas that profitable yet since they goes invis? Haven't tried that out in a while
Back in 2007-2008ish, I found chakoyas to be awesome for profit.. nowadays I havent tried them out
