Yes u can go from dawnport to rook but you have to kill yourself to get level 1 then he will let you go here anything higher then that he will not let you pass
it works, it even lets you bring wand of vortex to rook rofl.
I found out what caused the NPC not letting me to rook. You must have a character in main, and you can go from dawnport at level 2 to rook.Quote:
