This thread was created yesterday and has blown up since. Can someone just investigate this and ban this guy or something?

Without any evidence to actually prove he is a scammer (not just people spamming his threads saying he is a scammer, people I never ever heard about), but actual proof that shows what he is doing is against the rules. You should respect that.
